Reporting to the Medical Director of Primary Care (MDPC), the Director of Clinical Education provides leadership and oversight for medical education and clinical training programs across Fenway Health. This includes supervising internal medicine (IM) and family medicine (FM) residents and fellows who rotate through Fenway Health, coordinating precepting schedules, and facilitating interdisciplinary learning experiences.
This position plays a central role in building a vibrant learning culture that reflects Fenway’s values of equity, excellence, and patient-centered care. The Director of Clinical Education works closely with The Fenway Institute (TFI)’s Education Center to ensure the sharing and coordination of educational materials and serves as a connector between medical staff and education leads in other clinical departments, including Behavioral Health, Psychiatry, Dental, and Optometry.
